Zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen rufen die EU auf, Grundrechte ins Zentrum der KI-Verordnung zu stellen

115 Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft, darunter AlgorithmWatch und European Digital Rights (EDRi), haben eine gemeinsame Erklärung veröffentlicht, um zu fordern, dass die bevorstehende Verordnung über künstliche Intelligenz (Artificial Intelligence Act, AI Act) die Grundrechte ins Zentrum stellt.

Die Erklärung, die von European Digital Rights (EDRi), Access Now, Panoptykon Foundation, epicenter.works, AlgorithmWatch, European Disability Forum (EDF), Bits of Freedom, Fair Trials, PICUM und ANEC verfasst wurde, enthält zentrale Empfehlungen für das Europäische Parlament und den Rat der Europäischen Union zur Verbesserung des von der Europäischen Kommission vorgeschlagenen KI-Verordnungsentwurfs.
