As Senior Campaign Manager, Kira increases AlgorithmWatch's outreach and intensifies the cooperation with political actors and civil society organizations. Kira's expertise is in democracy support, election monitoring, transparency, and voter and political education. Kira holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in Russian and Eurasian Studies.
