Kristina Hübner (she/her)

As head of operations, Kristina is in charge of strategically developing internal structures and processes at AlgorithmWatch. She is in particular responsible for finance and IT. Together with Kathleen, she is responsible for organizational and team development incl. knowledge and information management. She also co-authored the collaborative report Automating Society – Taking Stock of Automated Decision Making in the EU. Her previous work experience includes projects on conflict-sensitive journalism, the use of media in civil society and stakeholder participation in peace processes in the Philippines. She holds a Master's degree in International Studies/Peace and Conflict Research from Goethe University in Frankfurt.
