Vidisha Mishra

Vidisha Mishra is a global governance professional with 12 years of experience working at the intersection of digital governance and multilateral policy across Europe, South, and Southeast Asia. She is Director of Global Outreach and Policy Engagement at the Global Solutions Initiative (GSI) in Berlin, where she works with the G7, G20, and related multilateral policy fora. Previously, she worked with UN agencies and member state governments at the UN’s think tank on global health in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on digital and data governance in global health, including during the COVID-19 response. She has also held policy and research roles at the Observer Research Foundation in New Delhi, one of Asia’s leading foreign policy think tanks. Vidisha has authored over 40 research publications, policy briefs, and media pieces, and regularly contributes to international policy debates on AI and digital governance and multilateral cooperation. She is an alumna of the London School of Economics, the Hertie School of Governance, and the University of Warwick.
